If you are just starting, a drop-in session is a simple way to test out a class without pressure. Once you get the rhythm, our monthly pass opens up every discipline we teach, from calisthenics to aerial silks, letting you mix and match your training week by week.
Training with a Purpose
We do not believe in monotonous gym routines. At Delhi Rock, we focus on functional movement and skill acquisition. Whether you are working on your first handstand in calisthenics, learning to fall safely in parkour, or picking up basics in our MMA classes, you are here to learn a discipline, not just to burn calories.
Our Home at Siri Fort
We are based in the DDA Siri Fort Sports Complex, an open, airy venue that gives us the room we need to move. It is a non-AC, high-ceiling environment, which keeps things cool with industrial fans even during intense sessions. The space is filled with communal climbing walls, mats, and obstacles, creating a hub where people from all backgrounds train alongside one another.
Why Our Membership Works
We keep our structure straightforward. You can pick a single drop-in if you want to try us out or grab a monthly pass to get unlimited access. With the monthly pass, you can attend as many classes as you like, making it perfect if you want to combine, say, breaking with climbing or aerial arts. It is about building a habit that you actually look forward to.
Who This Is For
We welcome everyone. If you are a total beginner, we have specific intro-friendly classes and patient instructors who help you build confidence from the ground up. You do not need to be an athlete to start here; you just need to be ready to move.
