You will find no air conditioning or vanity mirrors here. What you will find is a proper, disciplined approach to calisthenics. We focus on the 'why' and 'how' of every movement, whether it is a basic L-sit or a complex muscle-up. You are not just paying for gym access, you are paying for the manual spotting and technical coaching required to master your own body safely.
Our academy in Sheetla Colony is built like a traditional akhada. We treat gymnastics and calisthenics as a craft, not a hobby. This cluster focuses on functional strength—the kind that makes you capable, not just look the part.
We start with the basics of body control. You might start with wall-assisted handstands or dip progressions on parallettes, but we quickly move you toward advanced skills like the back lever, muscle-ups, and press handstands. Every session involves specific segments for shoulder mobility and core endurance, because you cannot build strength on a shaky foundation.
We train in small, supervised groups of 8 to 15 adults. This ensures that when you are on the rings or the high bar, a coach is right there to spot you and correct your form instantly. We use professional apparatus, including Still Rings, Parallel Bars, and air tracks for soft landings. You will sweat, you might struggle with a progression, but we will be there saying 'Chest tight, extend,' until you get it perfect.
