How We Train
At Zero Gravity Gymnastics Academy, we operate on a simple principle: if your trainer says 15 pushups, you do 20. Our training is not a casual gym visit. We use a combination of gymnastics, calisthenics, and conditioning to build functional strength.
What you will see in our sessions:
- Apparatus Work: We train on parallel bars, uneven bars, and the balance beam to build core stability and upper body power that standard weightlifting often misses.
- Technical Progression: We do not rush. If you are working on a backflip, we use the trampoline and foam pits first to ensure safety while you master the mechanics.
- Manual Spotting: For advanced skills, I am there to physically support your weight, eliminating the fear factor so you can focus purely on form.
Our Gurugram Facilities
We operate out of industrial-style spaces in Sector 37D and Sector 11. These are not fancy, climate-controlled studios. We have high-bay fans, industrial mats, and real gymnastics apparatus because this is where the work happens.
