About The Real Deal: Sparring Sessions
Sparring here isn't a wild brawl; it is a calculated chess match. We wear full gear—shin guards, headgear, and gloves—to keep things safe while you test your distance, timing, and composure. You are not just throwing punches; you are learning how to handle a moving opponent who is actually trying to land a shot. This is where your technique from the drill sessions meets reality.
Heavy bags are great for power, but they don't hit back. When you step onto the mats at our Rohini or Model Town academy, you finally see what works and what doesn't.
Why We Spar

Is It Safe?
Safety is our priority. We run controlled, supervised sessions. If you are a beginner, we start slow. You are not going into the ring to get hurt; you are going in to get better. We make sure you know the fundamentals of striking and grappling before we turn up the intensity.
What You Need
Bring your gear. If you don't have it yet, talk to us—we have communal equipment to help you get started. Our training is about building warriors, not gym-goers who just look the part.
