If you are looking for an air-conditioned studio with towel service, keep looking. Our facility is industrial, it gets hot, and you will leave the mat drenched in sweat. We use simple, time-tested tools like heavy bags, puzzle mats, and focus mitts to strip away the ego and force you to focus on the raw basics of movement, endurance, and reaction time.

The Reality of Our Conditioning

What You Will Actually Do

  • Sprawl & Takedown Defense: We drill the sprawl until it is muscle memory. A proper sprawl doesn't just stop a takedown—it leaves you in a dominant position to counter. This is essential for anyone training in wrestling or BJJ.
  • Shoulder Touches: This is a fundamental boxing drill. It improves your reflexes, forces you to manage distance, and keeps your hands up. If you drop your guard, you get tagged. It is that simple.
