I teach what works from Muay Thai, Kickboxing, and Boxing. You will spend hours on padwork and bagwork, drilling combinations until they become instinct. This is how you build real power and precision.
Grappling & Wrestling: The Foundation of Control
This is where fights are often won or lost. I focus on wrestling and the basics of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to teach you how to control the fight on the ground. You'll learn takedowns, submissions, and how to dominate from any position.
Conditioning & Drills: Building the Engine
Skills are useless without the gas tank to use them. I build fighters who are as strong in the last round as they are in the first. This is where we forge the endurance, strength, and mental toughness to outlast anyone.
