About Striking Arts: The Science of Impact
Expect to spend the first twenty minutes just on footwork. We do not care about looking pretty; we care about whether your jab actually connects when you are exhausted. You will be on the heavy bags or pads every single session, drilling combinations until they feel less like a choice and more like a reflex. If you are looking for a place with AC and towel service, this is not it. If you want to learn how to hit properly, you are in the right place.
We build strikers from the ground up, whether you have never thrown a punch or you are preparing for the cage. Our training method is centered on the 'grind'—consistent, repetitive work that turns raw movement into weaponized technique.
The Curriculum
We blend the most effective elements from Muay Thai, Kickboxing, and Boxing. You will not just shadowbox; you will work on the pads and heavy bags until your timing is sharp.
- Muay Thai: Focus on the 'Art of Eight Limbs'. We teach you how to integrate knees, elbows, shins, and punches effectively.
- Boxing: We prioritize head movement, footwork, and tight-space combinations. You will learn how to generate power from your core, not just your arms.
- Partner Drills: Striking in a vacuum is useless. We use partner drills to teach distance management, parrying, and counter-striking.
The Environment
We operate an industrial-style facility in Andheri East. It is loud, it is sweaty, and it is purposeful. We do not have fancy equipment that hides flaws; we have mats, bags, and coaches who will call you out when you get lazy.
Our instructors, led by Rudransh Azad, take a 'tough love' approach. You might hear us shout 'चल चल चल!' (Come on!) when we see your intensity drop.
