About Learning the Art: Technique & Drills

The foundation of every fight is what happens when the ring is quiet. In our sessions, we focus heavily on 1-on-1 pad work where I personally check your hand placement, foot positioning, and hip rotation. You cannot bypass these repetitions if you want to be a fighter, and that is why we insist on slow, methodical practice before you ever throw a full-power punch at the heavy bag.
