This is what it's all about. Stepping into the cage, testing your limits, and proving to yourself that you have what it takes. I train fighters for competition, but more importantly, I train them for life.
Drills are one thing, but putting your skills to the test in a live sparring session is where real growth happens. Here, you learn to think under pressure, adapt your strategy, and apply your boxing and kickboxing combinations against a real opponent.
As a coach, I lead from the front. This is me working the pads with one of my fighters, sharpening his combinations and pushing his conditioning. I am in the trenches with my students every single day.
The energy in our group classes is unmatched. Here, a mixed group of students practices kickboxing drills together. It's a community where everyone, from beginners to advanced, works hard and supports each other.
I believe in starting them young. This is a look at my kids' MMA program, where I teach fundamental grappling and ground control techniques. It's not about aggression; it's about building discipline, confidence, and the ability to protect themselves.

We break down the basics of boxing, Muay Thai, and wrestling so that if you ever need to defend yourself, you know how to react under pressure. Every session is a test, and every rep is built to turn you into a better version of yourself than you were yesterday.
How We Train
We operate on one principle: discipline. There are no shortcuts at Iron Fist Fight Club. When you sign up, you get access to a full curriculum that covers the complete spectrum of combat sports. We do not just show you the moves. We drill them until they are muscle memory.
- Stance and Basics: Whether it is boxing, Muay Thai, or MMA, we start with the fundamentals. If your foundation is weak, your fight is already over.
- Pressure Testing: Theory is useless without reality. Our weekly sparring sessions give you a controlled environment to test your combinations, learn to think under stress, and get comfortable with contact.
- Conditioning: You will lift, pull, and sweat. We use fight-specific strength training with tires and sledgehammers to build the kind of stamina that wins rounds.
Who This Is For
I built this place for everyone. We have kids learning the value of discipline, women mastering practical self-defense, and pro fighters prepping for the cage. You do not need to be an athlete to start. You just need to show up. We have two locations in Hebbal and Kodigehalli, both fully equipped with an MMA octagon, a boxing ring, and a heavy-bag area. Stop making excuses and come train.
