About The Art of Striking: Boxing & Kickboxing

Our striking classes aren't just about throwing punches. You will see our students constantly working the 'shoulder touch' drill—a high-intensity exercise designed to sharpen your reflexes and force you to master distance. It is not about hitting hard; it is about touching the target before your opponent touches you. This is how we build fight intelligence, not just cardio.
