Eight months pregnant and feeling amazing. Our instructor guides this mama to be through a modified lunge on the Reformer, focusing on stability and pelvic floor health.
Prenatal Pilates includes gentle arm work on the tower to maintain upper body strength, which is essential for motherhood.
A modified seated row on the tower helps this expecting client maintain good posture and prevent back pain during her pregnancy.
A safe and effective side split on the Reformer for our prenatal client, helping to maintain hip mobility and flexibility.
Age is just a number. Our incredible 60 year old client is thriving, building strength and balance with personalized guidance on the Reformer.
Proving that strength and flexibility are timeless. This client works on her core stability and leg strength in a private Reformer session.
A workout is not a punishment, it's a celebration of what your body can do. We love the smiles and positive energy our clients of all ages bring to the studio.
About this collection
If you are coming to us for injury recovery or prenatal support, we do not simply place you in a general class. We begin with a one-on-one consultation to assess your range of motion and specific needs, ensuring your Reformer session is modified—not just for safety, but to help you build strength without unnecessary strain.
Pilates That Meets You Where You Are
Fitness should not feel like an uphill battle. We treat Pilates as a movement practice that adapts to your life, whether you are preparing for motherhood, staying active well into your 60s, or rehabilitating an old injury.
Prenatal and Postnatal Support
Pregnancy changes your center of gravity and places new demands on your body. Our prenatal sessions focus on pelvic floor health, upper body strength for motherhood, and maintaining hip mobility. We use the Reformer to provide support that floor-based exercises cannot, allowing you to stay active safely through every trimester.
Recovery and Active Aging
We see many clients who have been told to stop moving due to joint pain or stiffness. Our approach to rehabilitation involves low-impact resistance training. The springs on a Reformer machine allow us to adjust the tension, meaning you can strengthen the muscles surrounding a joint without putting heavy load on it. For our older clients, this is often the key to regaining balance, spinal mobility, and the confidence to move freely in daily life.
Why Our Approach Works
- Customization: We don't believe in a one-size-fits-all workout. If you need modifications, we provide them.
- Safe Environment: Our studios in Green Park, Greater Kailash, New Friends Colony, and Noida are designed to be calm, clean, and distraction-free.
- Expert Guidance: Our trainers are certified to manage specific conditions, meaning you get a workout that is intelligent, not just intense.
If you have been hesitant about joining a gym, we encourage you to start with a trial session. Experience how the right support changes what your body is capable of.
