The Cadillac is where the real deep work happens. Unlike the Reformer, which uses a sliding carriage, the Cadillac is a stable, elevated frame that allows for vertical and hanging exercises. This lets us target specific areas like spinal decompression and shoulder stability with high precision. If you are rehabbing an injury or trying to break through a plateau, this is usually the piece of equipment that makes the difference.
Many people start their journey on the Reformer, but once you explore the full studio suite, the game changes. Our studios in Green Park, Greater Kailash, and Noida are fully equipped with the complete range of Joseph Pilates' original apparatus.
The Wunda Chair might look compact, but it is deceptive. It is brilliant for functional movement. Because it provides a smaller base of support, your core has to work double time to keep you stable. We use it frequently for side-body strengthening and improving balance.
Then there is the Ladder Barrel, which is arguably the best tool for spinal articulation. If you sit at a desk all day in places like Okhla or Noida Sector 62, the barrel allows you to safely open up the chest and elongate the spine in ways the mat just cannot replicate. It helps undo that rounded-shoulder posture.
