Gravity-Defying and Structural Cakes in Bangalore
I swapped my surgical tools for spatulas to build cakes that literally float. From lit-up chalices to Oreo cascades, let me help you design a centerpiece that stands up and stands out.
My first Oreo cascade gravity-defying cake. This fun design features a stream of Oreos pouring onto a cake surrounded by KitKats.
A First Communion cake like no other. The client wanted a cake with light coming out of it, so I created this illuminated chalice structure as a topper.
I felt challenged by this Holy Communion cake idea and I'm so glad it worked out. The spotlight inside the host makes the entire piece glow, creating a truly divine effect.
About this collection
Creating these structures is a lot like surgery. Every support, dowel, and spacer needs to be precise so your cake looks stunning and travels safely across Bangalore. When you order a structural piece, I map out the engineering to make sure it stands tall without compromising the real butter and cream inside.
Engineering a cake is where my background as a surgeon really kicks in. While many focus on fondant, I prioritize structure and flavor. Using internal armatures, acrylic spacers, and even food-safe LED lights, I create cakes that challenge physics while still tasting like real food.
No synthetic non-dairy creams here. My structural pieces use Swiss Meringue buttercream and high-quality Belgian chocolate ganache for stability and taste. Whether it is a floating tier or a character sculpture that seems to defy gravity, every element is designed to stay put during the drive to your venue.
If you have a complex vision, we will work through the structural feasibility together. I love a good challenge, like that illuminated chalice or the Oreo cascade I recently built. Let's make your next celebration stand out with a piece of edible art that is as stable as it is delicious. ✨
