I ditch the fondant to focus on what matters—real, creamy buttercream, fresh floral arrangements, and textures that taste just as good as they look.

Sometimes less is more. This elegant cake is decorated with pressed edible flowers and a touch of gold leaf for a simple, natural beauty.

A tall, elegant cake with a beautiful arrangement of purple and white sugar flowers. The subtle texture and pearl details on the buttercream add a touch of sophistication.

Pretty as a picture. This cake features a beautiful red ombre buttercream texture, decorated with fresh roses for a classic and romantic look.

The fresh figs on this cake really elevated its elegance. Paired with cherries and blueberries, it's a perfect example of how fresh, seasonal fruit can be the best decoration.

A lovely "Bride to be" cake decorated with delicate baby's breath (Gypsophilia). Creating the tight floral arrangement was a challenge, but the final look was worth it.

I'm a sucker for Gypsophilia on cakes. This heart-shaped cake is bordered with colorful baby's breath, creating a beautiful, rustic look for a mom's birthday.

About this collection

Unlike most celebration cakes, I never use synthetic non-dairy creams. My buttercream is whipped from real dairy to hold those sharp vintage edges and floral swirls, meaning your cake tastes like actual dessert rather than sugary, waxy filling.

When I moved from the OT to the kitchen, I kept my surgical precision but swapped the thread for piping bags. I don't use fondant unless you specifically want a figure on top because, honestly, the taste just isn't the same. My signature style relies on Swiss Meringue or American Buttercream, which I whip from real dairy to ensure a creamy texture that isn't cloyingly sweet.

I love working with florals—whether it is delicate Gypsophilia, fresh roses, or hand-painted edible flowers. Each arrangement is placed to complement the cake's color palette, often using gold leaf or palette knife techniques for that vintage, textured finish. Since I bake everything in my home kitchen on New BEL Road, I manage every batch personally. This means no synthetic non-dairy creams, no vegetable fats, and definitely no pre-mixes.

If you are planning an anniversary, bridal shower, or a milestone birthday in Bangalore, we can discuss the exact shade of frosting or the specific bloom you want. Even with delicate fresh flowers or stacked designs, I ensure the packaging is secure for delivery anywhere in the city. Just let me know your theme, and we will make it happen.

I used to stitch up patients, but now I stitch up the perfect buttercream finish. Every cake that leaves my kitchen is made with the same precision I used in surgery, just with a whole lot more sugar and butter.
