About this collection
When it comes to your baby's first taste of cake, I ditch the refined sugar and maida entirely. I have developed a special jaggery and jowar base that is safe, wholesome, and genuinely delicious, so your little one can have their very own smash cake without any of the nasties.
As a mom, I know that 'special' doesn't have to mean 'synthetic'. When you order for a baby shower or a first birthday, you are getting the same quality I insist on for my own son, Nirvaan.

Why Ingredients Matter
I don't use non-dairy creams or pre-mixes. For the little ones, I focus on real dairy, fresh seasonal fruits, and natural sweeteners. If you need a cake that is maida-free, gluten-free, or specifically sweetened with jaggery, I have perfected recipes that actually taste like a treat and not a compromise.
Designed for the Moment
Whether it is a 'Halfway to One' milestone, a Baptism, or an elaborate gender reveal, I love the storytelling aspect of these cakes. I prefer working with Swiss Meringue buttercream rather than heavy fondant. It is lighter, better tasting, and much easier for little hands and mouths.
