A throwback to my very first four-tier chandelier cake. This design featured a beautiful mint green finish with gold leaf details, separated by lush pink roses, and hung from a custom stand entwined with fairy lights.

This Frozen-themed chandelier cake was a magical centerpiece for a first birthday party. The multi-tiered design incorporates characters from the movie, sparkling silver details, and crystal-like hanging elements to bring the winter wonderland theme to life.

Here I am with the completed Frozen-themed chandelier cake at the venue. Seeing the final setup come together with the party's decor is one of the most rewarding parts of my job as a custom cake designer.

This three-tiered wedding cake is a celebration of classic English piping techniques. I love the challenge of creating these intricate, delicate buttercream drapes and patterns. It’s a timeless style that brings so much elegance to a celebration.
For this beautiful wedding, we created a four-tier cake with traditional Lambeth piping. The topper was a custom-made candle stand, inspired by the chandelier at the venue, to make it truly personal for the couple.
