Every cake you see here is built from scratch with real dairy, fresh fruit, and the same precision I used in the operating room.
The No-Fondant Promise
I believe cake should taste like a dream, not a craft project. That is why I specialize in Swiss Meringue and American buttercream finishes. Fondant is strictly for those sculptural details or specific toppers you might want. My cakes are about flavor first, using Belgian chocolate, fresh Alphonso mangoes, and real dairy cream, never vegetable fats.
Why The Switch?
After my Amma passed, I needed to keep her memory alive. Her chocolate cake was famous in our home, and today, my rendition of her recipe is the heart of what I do. It is ooey, gooey, and made with the same love I saw her pour into the batter for my brothers and me when we were kids.
Structural Art
Since my background is in surgery, I have a thing for structural engineering. If you have a 'wow' concept in mind—like a floating tier, a custom sculpture, or a hand-painted Van Gogh masterpiece—I have the internal support systems and the obsession for detail to pull it off.
