What You Can Expect

We train in a non-AC, hardcore facility. This is by design. We use high-velocity fans and functional equipment like tires, sledgehammers, and battle ropes to build raw power. This isn't a place for casual gym-goers looking to take selfies. It is a place for those serious about their progress.

Expect high-intensity group sessions where you will be pushed to your limits. You will learn everything from proper punching form to intense calisthenics. Most importantly, you will be in an environment where no one is left behind. If someone is struggling, the team steps in to help. That is the fighter's path we walk every day.
