Sparring day is where you see what you're made of. We gear up with shin guards and gloves to practice our striking combinations in a live but controlled environment. This is how you learn to react under pressure.

Working on boxing defense and counter-punching. It's a chess match of timing and movement. You learn to read your opponent, slip punches, and return fire effectively.

The game has just begun. In sparring, you have to face your fear and push through it. You will have to do it alone, but our team will be right there cheering you on.

Light sparring drills to work on footwork and head movement. The goal is not to hurt your partner, but to sharpen each other's skills and reflexes.

From striking exchanges to takedown attempts, this is a glimpse into our MMA sparring. It's about being well-rounded and ready for anything, whether the fight is standing or on the ground.

A typical Sunday session with sparring, grappling drills, and me pushing everyone to keep going. The round isn't over until I say it is. We are always preparing for the next competition.

Sparring here is strictly controlled. We require full protective gear like shin guards and gloves because the goal is to improve your timing and reflexes, not to injure your partner. You will face your fear of the strike, but you will do it under my supervision so you learn to react under pressure without unnecessary risk.

This is where we put the training into practice. Many gyms treat sparring as a brawl, but at Combat MMA Club, we treat it as a technical dialogue. You are there to learn how to slip a punch, find your range, and execute a takedown, not to prove you are the strongest person in the room. We run these sessions with a focus on safety and steady progression. Whether we are doing light technical boxing drills or full MMA exchanges, I am constantly watching. If I see your form breaking down or your ego taking over, I will correct it immediately. You need to learn how to keep your hands up even when you are exhausted. Our facility in Laxmi Nagar is equipped with 30mm puzzle mats to protect you during takedowns and grappling exchanges. We use agility ladders, heavy bags, and pads to warm up before the real work begins. When you step onto the mat for a round, you are testing everything, including your cardio, your discipline, and your ability to stay calm when someone is trying to hit you. If you are nervous about your first sparring session, that is normal. Everyone here started exactly where you are. We work as a family, so your partner is there to help you get better, not to break you.
