Combat Strength & Conditioning in Laxmi Nagar
We do not believe in fluff. Our training uses functional tools and intensity to build the raw power and mental toughness of a fighter, rather than just aesthetics.
Strength comes in many forms. We build it with kettlebell workouts for explosive power, heavy bench presses for raw strength, and the support of our team, our family.
Group conditioning with dumbbells to build shoulder and core strength. When you train together, you push harder. We believe in being strong and becoming a champion.
Every day is not enough, you have to want more. We use agility ladders to improve footwork and speed, and body shields to practice powerful kicks. This is how you build a complete fighter.
Partner-carry squats are a test of leg strength, balance, and pure grit. This is functional strength that directly translates to grappling and controlling an opponent. Come on!
This drill is all about reaction time and agility. We train your body and mind to be quick and responsive, which is critical in a fight.
Conditioning starts with the basics. The jump rope is one of the best tools for building stamina, improving footwork, and getting your body ready for high-intensity rounds.
The journey of a fighter isn't just inside the gym. It's road work, shadow boxing in the open, and staying disciplined even when no one is watching. This is my new journey.
About this collection
Our training relies on functional tools like battle ropes, tires, and kettlebells rather than machines. We focus on movement quality, ensuring you develop real power that helps in everyday life and, if needed, self-defense. You will learn to master your own bodyweight with calisthenics before loading up on heavy weights, keeping your training effective and grounded.
We do not do fancy mirrors or air conditioning here. You will find 30mm puzzle mats, heavy bags, and gear that gets worn out because it actually gets used.
Our conditioning is rooted in the demands of combat sports. We use agility ladders, jump ropes, and explosive drills like partner-carry squats to test your stamina and grit. It is about endurance that lasts through five hard rounds, not just a set of ten reps.
We maintain small group sizes of 15 to 25 students so I can watch your form, correct your stance, and ensure you are not just going through the motions. Whether you are lifting, pulling, or striking, every movement is designed to make you faster and more resilient.
This is not for everyone, but if you are ready to put in the work—the koshish—then you are ready to train with us. We are not here to make you look like a bodybuilder. We are here to help you become a fighter.
