Strength, Conditioning & Olympic Lifting Classes
A look at the energy of our training floor in Sushant Lok, where we focus on technique, build real-world strength, and push boundaries as a community.
This is what our training is all about: a group moving together, focused on technique. We are executing the 3-position snatch, a complex Olympic lift that builds explosive power and coordination. It’s not about lifting the heaviest, it’s about lifting correctly and getting stronger as a unit.
I believe strength has no gender. Here you see the women of our community building serious power with back squats. We focus on proper form to increase muscle tone, bone density, and metabolic rate, proving that weight training is one of the most effective tools for any fitness goal.
A glimpse into one of our high-intensity Metcon circuits. This Workout of the Day (WOD) combines rowing for cardiovascular endurance, push presses for strength, and double unders for agility and speed. This is how we build well-rounded athletes who are prepared for any physical challenge.
Fitness is a lifelong journey, and it's never too late to start building strength. Here, one of our senior members works with traditional Indian clubs, an excellent tool for improving shoulder mobility, grip strength, and core stability. We scale every workout to ensure it's safe and effective for every age and experience level.
Progress is not always linear, but with dedication, it is certain. This member wanted to learn the handstand and, by focusing on progressions and consistency, achieved it in just 20 days. We help you break down your goals into achievable steps and build the confidence to master new skills.
"Jump and land karke hold kara karo." This is my coaching in action during a 3-position clean drill. I provide constant feedback to refine every part of the lift, from the floor to the catch. My focus is always on reinforcing correct movement patterns to build a strong, safe foundation.
The work is hard, but we finish strong together. This is the moment after a tough workout, where the real community is built. We push each other, we support each other, and we share in the success of a session well done.
About Featured
Before you pick up a heavy barbell here, you will learn to move. Whether it is a 3-position snatch or a squat, I care more about your form than the weight on the plates. We do not just dump weights; we practice the movement until it is second nature. Expect to hear me shout 'Jaldi mat kar' during your set because we do not rush the process. If you are looking for a place to build strength without compromising your safety, this is where you start.
At BodhXfit, our training philosophy is rooted in one simple truth: confidence is built rep by rep. We don't just 'workout'; we train for life.
The Training System
Every session is a unique Workout of the Day (WOD), designed to challenge your stamina, strength, and agility. We cycle through Olympic lifting, METCON circuits, and bodyweight movements so your body is always adapting. My programming is built on 10 years of sweat and results, ensuring you aren't just getting tired, but getting better.
Scaling for Everyone
Many people think they need to be 'fit' to join a gym. Here, we believe the gym is where you get fit. Whether you are a total beginner, a woman looking to build bone density, or an older adult wanting to improve mobility, we scale everything. You will see beginners learning the basics of a snatch, while athletes work on complex handstands. We accommodate everyone because strength has no gender and no age limit.
Why Technique Matters
We focus heavily on lifting mechanics. We utilize drills like the 3-position clean to isolate and fix weak points in your pull. By the time you are lifting heavy, your foundations are ironclad. You aren't just training to look strong; you are training to move efficiently, reduce the risk of injury, and build a base that lasts for decades.
We are not a franchise with generic routines. We are a community of real people—like Sagar, who mastered a handstand in 20 days—pushing each other to reach new milestones. If you are ready to stop guessing and start training, come to the basement and pick up a bar.
