A Community-Focused Fitness Experience in Gurugram
At BodhXfit, we don't just train together—we grow together. Whether you are lifting your first barbell or refining your Olympic technique, you will find a support system that pushes you to finish every rep strong.
We are proud of the strong women in our community. For International Women's Day, we celebrate their power, dedication, and the example they set every day in the gym. Here they are, tackling a tough WOD with intensity and spirit.

We dedicated this workout to all the fathers out there. It's great to see fathers and sons training side-by-side, building bonds and getting stronger together. This is what our community is all about.
"Ek aur aayega, ek aur aayega." You can hear me pushing our members to get one more rep, to finish strong. The trophies in the foreground represent the hard work and achievements of our community in past competitions.
The best exercise is the one you actually do. Our community shows up day after day, ready to work. This video captures the supportive atmosphere where members and coaches encourage each other through every lift.
This is how we beat the Monday blues. We start the week with a challenging WOD, surrounded by the energy and motivation of the group. There's no better way to set a positive tone for the week ahead.
A quick look at the variety of movements happening during a typical class. You'll see members warming up with lunges, building endurance on the rower, and developing upper body strength on the monkey bars. There's always something new to challenge you.
"Chalo, chalo, chalo guys, come on!" This is the raw sound of a class in full swing. Members are pushing through their final reps, coaches are motivating, and everyone is focused on getting the work done. This is the energy that drives us.
About Our Community: Stronger Together
We aren't a gym where you just wander from machine to machine. In our sessions, I am actively coaching—correcting your squat depth, spotting your lifts, and yelling 'Jaldi mat kar' when you rush your form. We scale every workout, so if you are a beginner, you do the same fundamental movements as our experienced athletes, just adjusted to your current capacity.
Our community in Sushant Lok isn't built on gym memberships. It is built on shared sweat and the collective pursuit of progress.
Why We Train Together
When you walk into our basement facility, you see a mix of women, older adults, and athletes. That diversity is intentional. Strength training is universal, and when you see someone else working through their own limitations, it pushes you to work through yours.
The Coaching Approach
I treat every group session like an athletic development class. Whether it is a METCON circuit, deadlifts, or Olympic lifting, we focus on the mechanics first. You will hear me remind you to hold your position because I care more about the quality of your movement than the weight on the bar. We don't do quick fixes. We do consistent, disciplined work that builds confidence.
What You Can Expect
- Individual Attention: Even in a group, you are not a number. I watch your movement patterns to prevent injury.
- Real Life Strength: Our WODs are designed to improve your performance outside the gym, making daily tasks easier.
- Scaling: Every exercise has a regression and progression. You never have to worry about feeling out of your depth.
- The Bodhfit Clan: We track progress, celebrate personal records, and support each other through the toughest circuits. You are training with people who will keep you accountable when you feel like quitting.
Rajeev Sejwal
I am the Head Coach here, and for me, fitness is about building a community of thought. When I am training you, you will hear me say 'Pakad ke rakhiye position!' because confidence is built rep by rep. We work on your weak spots together, no matter if you are a beginner or a veteran lifter.
