Olympic Lifting: Mastering the Snatch

This is where we build explosive power. I break down every phase of the snatch, from the floor pull to the overhead catch, ensuring your technique is safe and efficient. We work on variations like the power snatch, hang snatch, and drop snatch to build speed and confidence under the bar.

Olympic Lifting: The Clean and Jerk

This full-body movement is the ultimate test of strength and coordination. I teach the clean and jerk from the ground up, focusing on a powerful pull, a solid front rack position, and a stable overhead jerk. We use drills like hang cleans and 3-position cleans to perfect each part of the lift.

Foundational Strength: Squats & Deadlifts

Everything starts with the basics. I am a stickler for technique on foundational lifts like the deadlift, back squat, and front squat to build a strong, injury-proof base. This is non-negotiable for building real, functional strength for clients of all levels.

Full-Body Functional Training

Strength isn't just about lifting heavy barbells. I incorporate a variety of functional movements using kettlebells, dumbbells, and your own bodyweight to improve real-world strength, stability, and control. This includes everything from kettlebell lunges and swings to mastering handstands.

Conditioning & Agility

This is where we build your engine and burn calories. My metabolic conditioning (Metcon) workouts use high-intensity intervals with exercises like box jumps, rowing, and double unders to improve your stamina and cardiovascular health. I also integrate agility drills to make you a more well-rounded athlete.

Strength for All: Diverse Client Success

My coaching is for everyone. I specialize in helping women build lean muscle without "bulking up," and guide older adults to maintain strength and independence for a better quality of life. No matter your starting point, we build a program that works for you.
