Don't worry about being a beginner or having never touched a barbell. My sessions focus on breaking down movements—like the deadlift or snatch—into manageable parts so you learn the form first. We operate in small, supervised groups at our Sushant Lok facility, which means you get the correction you need without being lost in a crowd.
Why Strength Training Matters

Whether you are lifting to increase bone density, improve insulin sensitivity, or simply feel more capable in your daily life, we prioritize form over heavy weight. We teach you to 'pakad ke rakhiye position' (hold the position) because the safety of your spine and joints always comes first.
For Women
Many women avoid the barbell for fear of getting bulky. The reality is that strength training is the most efficient way to boost your metabolism, improve posture, and tone up. We teach you to squat, deadlift, and press safely, ensuring you leave every session feeling more confident than when you walked in.
For Older Adults
We believe training has no age limit. Muscle loss is a natural part of aging, but resistance training is the antidote. We focus on mobility and functional movements to help you stay independent, whether that means playing with your grandkids or carrying groceries without back pain.
