Fitness is better when you're not doing it alone. This is where we sweat, push, and celebrate every personal record together.

The atmosphere during a tough workout is electric. I'm always there pushing my clients, yelling "one more, one more!" because I know they have it in them. We celebrate every achievement, big or small.

A glimpse into the intensity and focus during a group workout. You can hear me coaching and motivating, "ek aur aayega!" (one more is coming!). This shared struggle and support is what defines us.

"Let's do this!" The energy before a big lift is contagious. We train together, support each other, and push each other to be better.

A look at the controlled chaos of a competition or a test day at the gym. Clients are focused, helping each other with weights, and I'm there to coach every rep.

Our group classes are where technique meets teamwork. Performing complex lifts like the 3-pointer snatch together builds a strong sense of community and shared accomplishment.

The best exercise is the one you actually do. Our community is built on consistency and showing up for yourself and for each other, day in and day out.

About The BodhXfit Community

In our group batches of 10 to 15, we don't just share the space, we share the load. You will hear me on the floor correcting your snatch or deadlift form in real-time, making sure you aren't just lifting, but lifting safely. It is about building a collective rhythm—when one person hits a personal record, the whole group feels it.

The philosophy here is straightforward: no vanity, no quick fixes. We run daily Workouts of the Day (WOD) that combine Olympic lifting, gymnastics, and metabolic conditioning. Whether it is a 3-position snatch or a simple kettlebell lunge, my focus is on biomechanics and safety. We keep the batches small to ensure that even in a group setting, every member gets eyes-on coaching. We are not a big-box commercial gym where you just wander from machine to machine. You will be on the lifting platforms, working on your clean and jerk, or grinding through a Metcon cycle with people who are also there to get better.

For those new to the barbell, we break down the movements, scale the intensity, and build you up before adding weight. For the seasoned athlete, we offer the structure and the environment to push your limits. We have fully equipped, air-conditioned facilities in Sushant Lok Phase 1, ready for serious training.
