Victory is earned in the gym, long before you step on stage. Build your foundation with disciplined training, from off-season mass to final competition prep.

Off-season is where we build the mass. My athlete is currently at 125.5 kg, focusing on gaining quality size before we start the cutting phase for his next competition.

About The Grind: Training for Victory

We do not guess, we measure. My competition prep includes weekly macro-nutrient cycling and visual conditioning checks via WhatsApp, ensuring you are not just getting bigger, but contest-ready. You will need to commit to the protocol, because there are no shortcuts, only hard work.

Victory is earned in the gym, long before you step on stage. As the Head of NPC Delhi State, I know exactly what judges look for, and my coaching is designed to get you there. Whether you are bulking in the off-season or entering your final peak week, we focus on symmetry, conditioning, and stage presence.

I offer two clear paths for my athletes:

  1. Online Coaching: Ideal for dedicated athletes anywhere. This covers structured nutrition protocols, specialized hypertrophy splits, and weekly visual check-ins to monitor your progress.

  2. In-Person Prep: Conducted in Delhi NCR at Spartans Gym (Dwarka and Vikaspuri) or Pro Pulse Gym (Indirapuram). This includes floor supervision, intensive posing studio sessions, and backstage support on competition day, including tanning and pumping-up assistance.

Bodybuilding is a mental game as much as a physical one. I teach my athletes how to push past their perceived limits while keeping an eye on the technical details, like salt and water loading during peak week. If you are serious about competing, we will work together to build your physique for the stage. We focus on real results, not quick fixes.
