Victory is earned in the gym, long before you step on stage. Build your foundation with disciplined training, from off-season mass to final competition prep.

Off-season is where we build the mass. My athlete is currently at 125.5 kg, focusing on gaining quality size before we start the cutting phase for his next competition.

A glimpse into a training session with two of my beasts, Ajit and Sonu, both over 100kg. We are working on improving their lifting and aesthetics for the upcoming NPC Nationals.

Posing practice is part of the grind. Here, my athlete is working on his back poses after a tough workout, ensuring every muscle is visible on stage.

Checking the back development. A strong and detailed back is crucial for winning bodybuilding shows, and we work on it relentlessly.

A casual moment of discussion with my athletes in the gym. Coaching is also about building relationships and understanding each individual's goals.

Training is not just about lifting weights. We incorporate different methods like boxing for cardio to ensure my athletes are well-rounded and in peak condition.

My client working on his back with a machine row. Proper form is everything, and I ensure my athletes master it to prevent injury and maximize muscle growth.

A quick look at a chest workout routine. This video shows four key exercises for building a powerful chest, including bench press and pec-dec flys.

Squats are the king of leg exercises. Here, one of my clients is performing a barbell squat with proper depth and form to build strong legs.

I coach women to be strong, not just skinny. This client is working hard on the leg press, building strength and muscle.

About The Grind: Training for Victory

We do not guess, we measure. My competition prep includes weekly macro-nutrient cycling and visual conditioning checks via WhatsApp, ensuring you are not just getting bigger, but contest-ready. You will need to commit to the protocol, because there are no shortcuts, only hard work.
