Build a Champion Physique for Competitive Bodybuilding
Every trophy here represents months of relentless discipline, carb cycling, and peak week focus. These are the results of athletes who didn't just train—they committed to the process.
A huge congratulations to my athlete Mr. Vinay Kumar for becoming the Men’s Bodybuilding Overall Champion at NPC Delhi Series-2. This is the result of his incredible consistency and passion.
Mr. Ankur Sharma, crowned the Men’s Classic Physique Overall Champion of NPC Delhi Series-2. His posing, conditioning, and overall package set a new standard on stage.
A proud moment for me as a coach. My athlete Arjun Thakur secured the silver medal at the NPC Nationals 2023 in the classic physique category. His hard work truly paid off.
Congratulations kake mere sher! You proved yourself in your very first competition, bringing home double medals. This is just the beginning of your journey.
Celebrating the win with my champion Akash Thakur. Holding up the trophies is a feeling that never gets old. This is what we train for.
Another shot with my double-medal winner. The certificates and trophies are proof of the hard work we put in during the contest prep.
The final moments before hitting the stage. Applying the perfect competition tan is crucial for showcasing muscle definition under the bright lights. I guide my athletes on this as well.
Two of my champions on the Mr. India stage. Kumar Kapil and Ankit Rajput both brought their best conditioning for the men's physique category.
Kumar Kapil receiving his well-deserved silver medal in the men's physique division at the Mr. India competition. His dedication during prep was unmatched.
Another victory for the team. Ankit Rajput receiving his gold medal at the Mr. India competition. We strategized his peak week perfectly.
About The Winners' Circle: Our Champions
A medal isn't won on stage; it is won in the weeks of prep before. Whether we are adjusting your water intake for peak dryness or refining your quarter turns to catch the judges' eyes, my focus is on symmetry and conditioning that stands out. If you are ready to put in the real work, let's talk about your competition strategy.
Behind the Scenes of a Win
Preparation for an NPC or Mr. India show is far more than just lifting heavy. It is about strategic programming. As the Head of NPC Delhi State, I have spent years analyzing judging criteria, which means I know exactly what needs to be fixed when you send me your weekly check-ins.
What goes into the prep:
- Nutrition Protocols: We don't guess. We use weekly macro-nutrient cycling and tailored carb loading to ensure you are dry, vascular, and full by the time you step under the stage lights.
- Conditioning Analysis: My athletes send weekly posing videos and photos. We look at the details—whether your skin-fold tests are trending down or if we need to adjust your sodium intake during peak week.
- The Posing Room: A world-class physique can be ruined by poor presentation. In my offline sessions at Spartans or Gold's Gym, we drill mandatory poses until they are muscle memory. You learn how to maintain tightness while fatigued, which is where most athletes lose their edge.
- Stage Presence: From selecting the right competition tan shade—like Jan Tana—to managing the chaos backstage during pumping up, I am there to ensure nothing goes wrong on the big day.
Why Choose My Coaching?
I treat my athletes like family, but I hold them to high standards. If you are looking for a quick fix or a coach who will tell you what you want to hear, we are not a fit. I look for athletes who have the 'junoon' to push through the hardest days of the prep. Whether you are aiming for your first regional show or looking to step onto the national stage, we will follow a disciplined roadmap to get you there.
