About NPC Delhi Head: Upholding the Standard
Most athletes train hard but fail on stage because they do not understand what judges are actually looking for. Being the NPC Delhi Head gives me an insider’s view of the scorecard. I do not just coach you to look big, I coach you to fit the specific category requirements, whether it is Classic Physique or Men’s Physique, so you do not waste your preparation on the wrong look.
Bodybuilding is subjective, but competition rules are exact. When you step on stage at an NPC event, you are being judged against specific criteria that change between Men's Physique, Classic Physique, and Bodybuilding categories. Many amateur athletes make the mistake of focusing only on size, neglecting the flow, symmetry, and vacuum poses required for their specific division.
My responsibility as the Head of NPC Delhi is to maintain the integrity of these shows and provide a platform that is fair for everyone. This means when I mentor you, you get more than just a diet plan. You learn to read the judges. We discuss which shows are right for your current conditioning, how to execute your transitions on stage, and most importantly, how to navigate the technical requirements of the federation.
We look at your physique objectively. If you are preparing for the Sheru Classic or upcoming NPC Delhi championships, we work on your mandatory poses until they are second nature. You will learn about tanning, posing trunks, and the critical peak week protocols that define whether you look dry and vascular or soft. My goal is to see you win, but first, you have to be ready to compete.
