Hard work, discipline, and the pursuit of medals. This is what it takes to stand on the NPC Delhi stage—a look at the training, the posing, and the victories of my athletes.

This is what pure dedication looks like. We worked day and night for this condition, and he brought home the gold at the NPC Rajasthan 2024. This is the real victory.

My pre-workout is the raw desire to be better than yesterday. Here I am pushing my athlete to break his limits on a 200kg deadlift. This is the kind of mehnat that separates the boys from the men.

I am incredibly proud to coach champions across all categories. Here is Ms. Anshul Bhardwaj being crowned the Women’s Physique Overall Champion at NPC Delhi Series-2. Her strength and consistency are an inspiration.

The result of teamwork and relentless effort. Posing with my two champions and their collection of trophies after the Mr. India competition. When my athletes win, I win.

As the Head of NPC Delhi State, I personally invite all serious athletes to the upcoming Delhi Championship. I know what the judges are looking for, and I will guide you to meet that standard.

This young sher is on a mission. The fire and discipline at this age are what create future champions. I am watching his progress closely during our offline coaching sessions in Delhi.

Coaching for the bikini category requires a specific focus on aesthetics and stage presence. Congratulations to Ms. Surbhi Jaiswar for winning the Bikini Overall Champion title at NPC Delhi Series-2.

This is more than coaching. It is a bond built on trust and hard work. The moment I put the medal on my athlete is the real reward for both of us.

A pro-level vacuum pose is a game-changer in classic physique. I teach my athletes techniques like this to give them an edge on stage, helping them display a combination of size and aesthetics.

The gym is our battleground. Here, one of my athletes is pushing through a heavy bicep curl set. This is the intensity required to build a championship-winning physique.

About Featured

You aren't seeing shortcuts in these photos. You are seeing the 'mehnat' (hard work) that goes into every stage prep—from heavy deadlifts to the final polish of a vacuum pose. Every medal here was earned through a disciplined, weeks-long protocol that we track, adjust, and refine together until we hit the peak.

The Reality of Competition Prep

Many think a stage-ready physique is just about heavy lifting. It is actually about managing the body’s response to stress, water, and salt. As the Head of NPC Delhi State, I see athletes fail not because they lack strength, but because they lack a strategy for the final 10 days. My role is to bridge that gap.

My Approach to Coaching

Whether you are training for Men's Physique, Classic Physique, or Women's Bikini categories, the process is non-negotiable:

  • Protocol & Data: I do not guess. We track your progress through weekly visual check-ins and WhatsApp assessments. If your conditioning isn't where it needs to be, we adjust your macros, cardio, and water intake immediately.
  • Posing is Performance: A great body can lose if you cannot display it. I hold dedicated posing sessions where we correct your angles, transitions, and stage presence until you are confident.
  • The 'Junoon' Factor: I don't work with people looking for quick fixes. If you have the passion, I have the roadmap. We cover everything from supplement advisory to peaking for the show.

Online & Offline Training

I offer both remote coaching and in-person supervision. If you are in Delhi NCR, we can train together at Spartans Gym in Dwarka or Vikaspuri, or Pro Pulse Gym in Indirapuram. For those training remotely, the level of scrutiny remains the same. You send the updates, I provide the corrections. Let’s get you ready for the next show.

I am Coach Bali. I see fitness as a lifelong 'junoon' (obsession) rather than a temporary phase. Whether you are a beginner or a serious athlete, I guide you with the same discipline that I use to prepare my champions.
