Quarterly Gym Membership (3 Months)
Access & Validity
- Duration: Valid for 3 continuous months from the start date.
- Timings: Access during operating shifts (Morning 6 AM to 11 AM; Evening 4 PM to 9 PM).
- Environment: Strictly women-only floor ensures privacy and comfort.
Workout Inclusions
- Equipment: Unlimited usage of cardio machines (treadmills, ellipticals) and strength zone (squat racks, free weights).
- Group Activities: Includes access to daily batches for Zumba, Aerobics, and Crossfit-lite.
- Floor Support: Assistance from general trainers for machine setup and basic safety.
Facilities
- Studio Area: Access to wooden flooring area for stretching and bodyweight exercises.
- Amenities: Air-conditioned floor, daily-use lockers, and private changing rooms.
Annual Gym Membership (12 Months)

- Validity: Full access to the facility for 12 months.
- Privacy: Exclusive female-only workout environment in Dwarka Sector 7.
- Tracking: Includes monthly Body Mass Index (BMI) and body composition checks (weight & inches).
Training & Equipment
- Zones: Unlimited access to free weights, Smith Machine, cable crossovers, and cardio section.
- Classes: Inclusive entry to all scheduled group sessions like Bollywood Dance Fitness and Mat Pilates.
- Guidance: General Floor Trainers (GT) available for spotting and correcting exercise form.

- Hygiene: Regular sanitization cycles and clean washroom facilities.
- Storage: Access to temporary lockers for personal belongings during workouts.
1-on-1 Personal Training (12 Sessions)
Dedicated Coaching
- Frequency: 12 sessions per month (3 days per week).
- Attention: 1-on-1 trainer assigned for the full 60-minute workout duration.
- Safety: Hands-on spotting for heavy lifts and immediate form correction to prevent injury.
Custom Planning

I’m Coach Bali, and I set up Shesweat so women could chase their fitness goals without feeling awkward or out of place. Yahan pe (here), it’s not just about lifting weights - it’s about building each other up. You'll notice the music is energizing and the atmosphere is full of confidence. It’s a real female fitness community.
The Space & Equipment
Every corner here is meant for you to feel safe and focused. All equipment is certified and checked - from leg press machines to free weights. You get everything needed for a full workout, and if you ever feel unsure, one of us is always around to help.
Group Classes & Trainers
If you like working out with others, our group fitness sessions for women are high-energy and fun, whether it's dance fitness or aerobics. My trainers know their stuff and genuinely care - they’ll guide you, whether you’re a beginner or a regular.
The Reality of Results

My Story
Log mujhe Coach Bali ke naam se jaante hain. Gym ke bahar, main ek family man hoon – mere bachche Kazz, Zorawar, Niyamat meri taqat hain. Festivals, family time, yahi mera asli life hai. Hum dikhawa nahi karte, thode ache thode bure hai – bas real hain. Roz subah faith se din shuru karta hoon. ‘Sarbat da bhala’ – sabka bhala chahiye. Family aur faith, yahi meri strength hai.
