Why I Do This
Corporate life can be a grind. Long hours, back-to-back meetings, and stress take a toll on everyone. You know your team’s running on fumes - yen mad'bodhu neevu? (What can you do?) I started these sessions because I’ve seen how much a little energy and genuine care can change the mood at work.
How We Roll
I hate boring lectures. Wellness should be hands-on, fun, and something people actually look forward to. My approach mixes food, movement, and a bit of science. Here’s what we get up to:
- Hands-on food workshops - we make simple, tasty stuff together, like healthy breakfast smoothies and no-cook salads.
- DIY health bars - think ‘Wellness Carnival’ with stations for trail mix, yogurt bowls, and more.
- The famous ‘Bike & Blend’ - pedal a stationary bike to power a blender and make your own smoothie. It’s fitness plus nutrition, and honestly, always a crowd-pleaser.
Real Gyan (Knowledge)
We keep it practical and interactive. No preaching. Just stuff your team can actually use:
- Desk yoga activities to tackle neck and back pain
- Stress & sleep science - breaking down how work stress messes with sleep, gut, and performance
- Healthy eating at work - tips for office buffets, cravings, and food swaps
- Decoding food labels - super simple guides for smarter shopping
What Matters To Me
I don’t believe in extreme diets. Small, smart changes work best. I bring a holistic view - nutrition, movement (I’m a yoga instructor too), and mental well-being. My mission: help companies build a supportive, health-focused community.

My Story
Hey, I’m Aish—most folks just call me that. My life’s been full of crazy ups and downs, from quitting jobs to running wild corporate wellness events for 1000+ people. Survived Kedarnath (yeah, fifth near-miss, don’t ask!), and every day feels like a bonus now. My family—amma and anna (mom and brother)—are my backbone. I start my mornings with pranayama and books, then dive into helping people smash their health goals. Let’s do this, but please, be kind!
My Work
What I do - Diabetes reversal coaching, natural PCOS management, sustainable weight loss plans, postpartum wellness support, corporate wellness, and Kannada nutrition coaching.
