That’s why I bring yoga into workplaces, to help teams swap stress for a bit of strength and calm.

- Desk Yoga: Short, no-fuss sessions at the workstation. No mats, no fancy gear, just mindful movement at work to loosen up stiff necks and shoulders. Perfect for squeezing in a break without changing clothes.
- Mat Yoga: For companies with a wellness room, I run group classes with asanas, pranayama, and meditation. It’s a deeper experience, helps with team bonding and lets everyone slow down together.
- Virtual Corporate Yoga Sessions: Your team’s not in one place? No problem. I run live online classes, or a mix of in-person and remote so everyone’s included.
