My main thing is clinical nutrition for stuff like diabetes, PCOS, thyroid, and autoimmune issues. You’ll see me dig into your blood reports (yep, HOMA-IR for insulin resistance and the whole deal). I’ll show you hacks like eating a big salad before biryani to help with sugar spikes. For PCOS, it’s not just diet - specific yoga asanas, understanding your cycle, and actually balancing things from the root. If you’re managing cholesterol or thyroid, we look way beyond “eat less fat.” I’m big on anti-inflammatory diets for autoimmune stuff, plus stress management - even simple pranayama and yoga.

Survived Kedarnath (yeah, fifth near-miss, don’t ask!), and every day feels like a bonus now. My family—amma and anna (mom and brother)—are my backbone.
