Wellness isn't just a seminar. From our 'Bike & Blend' smoothie station to hands-on nutrition workshops, we bring energy, science, and practical health hacks straight to your office floor in Bengaluru.

Our famous 'Bike & Blend' station is always a hit at corporate wellness events. It’s a fun, high-energy activity where employees pedal a stationary bike to power a blender and make their own fresh smoothie. This is what I mean by making wellness interactive and memorable.

Here’s a look at a hands-on session we did with the team at FedEx. We made everything from innovative salads to healthy breakfast smoothies and even a guilt-free mango cheesecake. My goal is to teach practical skills that employees can use every day, making healthy eating enjoyable and accessible.

Setting up for a 'Wellness Carnival' at a corporate event. I love creating these spreads with DIY health bars, trail mix stations, and yogurt bowls. It shows teams that healthy food can be delicious, varied, and fun to assemble together.

Long hours at a desk can lead to serious neck and back pain, a common issue in corporate life. In this video, I demonstrate a few simple but effective desk yoga stretches that anyone can do right at their chair to relieve tension and improve posture throughout the workday.

Healthy eating doesn't have to be expensive. In this video, I share some of my favorite budget-friendly tips, like choosing local and seasonal produce over imported options. I believe in making wellness practical for everyone, no matter their budget.

Connection is a huge part of my wellness philosophy. Here I am at a corporate event, helping employees build their own healthy snacks. These interactive stations are great for team building and starting conversations about nutrition in a relaxed, informal setting.

Stress and poor sleep are major performance killers. As a certified yoga instructor, I teach asanas that help relax the spine, manage breath, and improve sleep quality. This is a clip from a session focused on simple yoga poses to help employees unwind after a long day.

About this collection

I don’t do boring lectures. My workshops are hands-on, whether it’s desk yoga to fix that neck pain from sitting all day or building a DIY salad bar. We’ve worked with over 1000 employees at companies like FedEx and Wells Fargo, and the goal is always the same: keep it practical, simple, and actually fun.

At the office, most wellness initiatives feel like another task on the to-do list. I turn that around. My corporate wellness programs are designed to be an experience, not a sermon. When I walk into an office, we’re not just talking about health—we’re living it. We tackle the realities of corporate life: the 3 PM sugar cravings, the stiff necks from staring at a screen for eight hours, and the struggle to find something healthy that tastes good.

My 'Bike & Blend' station is a favorite for a reason. You pedal to make your own smoothie, which gets people moving and laughing. It’s a great way to break the ice during team-building events. For our hands-on workshops, we skip the complicated recipes. We use readily available ingredients—nuts, seeds, fresh greens—to make quick meals or desk-friendly snacks.

I also address the physical toll of office work with simple desk yoga routines that you can do in five minutes without changing out of work clothes. We don't push extreme diets. Instead, we teach smart swaps—how to pick the better option at the office cafeteria or how to fuel up for that late-afternoon meeting. Whether it’s a session for 20 people or a carnival setup for 1000+, everything is science-backed, but communicated with the energy and relatability your team needs to actually make a change.
