People often ask why I chose nutrition. It started with a childhood fascination and an article my mom showed me. Now, I get to live that dream, helping people use food to recover and transform their lives at my clinic, Flourish with Aish.
To all my new followers, here's a little more about who I am. I'm a nutritionist and yoga instructor with experience in helping over 3000 clients with diabetes, PCOS, weight loss, and corporate wellness. My goal is to provide quality guidance you can trust.
Let me reintroduce myself. I'm Aishwarya, and I believe in a science-backed approach to nutrition. With an MSc in the field and experience with organizations like Healthifyme and Sugarfit, I can assure you that your health is my top priority.

A little glimpse into a regular day in my life as a nutritionist. It’s a balance of starting my day with pranayama, working with clients, fitting in a workout, and spending time with family. I practice what I preach.
Travel is a great teacher. A trip to Sweden reminded me of the importance of daily movement and a non-negotiable work-life balance. Good health is about the systems and priorities we build into our everyday lives.
As a nutritionist, I've heard it all: "You're thin, why do you exercise?" Fitness is a personal journey. I've fallen in love with group fitness classes, and I encourage everyone to find a form of movement that they truly enjoy.
A quick life update. This year has been about growth and letting go of fear. I'm sharing a few mantras I use to stay on track, because showing up as your true, authentic self is one of the most empowering things you can do.

I never start with a generic diet chart because your biology is unique. Instead, we begin by reviewing your recent bloodwork—HOMA-IR, LDL, TSH—to understand exactly what your body needs to heal, whether that’s PCOS management, diabetes reversal, or sustainable weight loss.
Food is medicine, but it should be fun
When I say I don't believe in fad diets, I mean it. You don't have to quit your favourite coffee or stop eating biryani to get healthy. My philosophy is built on understanding your body’s specific requirements. Whether you are dealing with PCOS, struggling with energy levels at work, or need a nutrition plan that fits your lifestyle, we make it work with what you already have in your kitchen.

I hold an MSc in Nutrition and have spent over five years working in clinical and corporate wellness, helping over 3000 clients across Bengaluru and beyond. Before starting my clinic, Flourish with Aish in Indiranagar, I worked with organizations like Sugarfit and Healthifyme. My experience isn't just in a textbook; it’s in the thousands of real-life conversations I’ve had with people who were just as confused as you might be right now.
How We Work Together
We keep things practical. I am a firm believer in the 'small changes' method. We don't overhaul your life in a day. Instead, we look at your current habits—like sleep, movement, and stress—and layer in adjustments that you can actually stick to for the long term. My role as your coach is to cut through the misinformation you find on Google, help you read food labels properly, and ensure you’re moving in a way your body enjoys.
