I’ve lived the corporate life as an engineer, so I know how health gets sidelined when deadlines hit. My own health journey started right there - I lost 28 kgs by making small, doable changes, not by starving myself. That’s why my sessions aren’t just theory. I get what you’re dealing with.
What Happens in My Sessions
I keep things interactive and practical. No boring lectures, no impossible advice. Here’s what I actually do:
- We talk openly about lifestyle diseases like diabetes, PCOS, and high BP. I bust myths and show how marketing tricks mess with our food choices.
- My workplace nutrition workshops focus on simple ways to eat better at your desk. I share my 4-step formula for building a healthy plate and easy ideas for healthy snacking at work.
- Stress management for employees is a big part. We discuss burnout signs, how food affects mood and sleep, and I share quick mindfulness hacks.

I believe in keeping things simple and rooted in Indian food wisdom. Dal chawal is already vegan, yaar! I focus on adding good stuff to your plate, not restricting you. Health is about feeling good, not just losing weight.

My Story
Hi, I’m Kirti. Main computer engineer thi, par life ne kuch alag hi plan bana diya. 2014 mein, after my daughter was born, I was overweight, tired, and honestly, lost. Sab bolte the weight loss possible nahi after baby, par mujhe prove karna tha. Plant-based khana, local food, thoda patience - lost 28 kgs. Ab nutrition meri journey ka hissa hai, aur main wahi share karti hoon jo khud pe try kiya hai. No random gyaan, just real talk.
My Work
What I Offer - Plant-based nutrition coaching, hormone balancing for women, holistic wellness, sustainable weight loss journey, millet salad workshops.
Holistic Wellness - It’s not just food. We work on exercise, sunlight, meditation, simple routines - full mind and body care.
Traditional Indian Food - Dal-chawal, sabzi-roti, local and seasonal - I stick to what our dadi-nani knew, not Western fads.
No Crash Diets - We make small, real changes. Main apne clients ka haath nahi chhodti jab tak habit na ban jaye.
