Olympic Weightlifting & Technical Strength Training
I coach the snatch, clean & jerk, and foundational strength with a focus on absolute precision. Whether you are prepping for a competition or training for life, we build it on perfect form.
This is the clean and jerk, a full-body movement that builds explosive power, strength, and coordination. I break down this complex lift into clear, manageable phases, focusing on precise technique from the first pull to the overhead lockout.
My coaching is hands-on and direct. Here, I'm guiding a client through front squats, providing real-time feedback and encouragement like "Shabash man!" to ensure every repetition is safe, effective, and builds a strong foundation.
Strength is for everyone. This is a client mastering the single-arm dumbbell snatch, a fantastic exercise for developing unilateral power, shoulder stability, and core strength. We adapt movements to suit your level and goals.
Technique is everything. In this drill, I use a simple guide to teach the correct bar path for the second pull, ensuring the barbell stays close to the body for maximum power transfer. This is how we refine movement patterns for bigger, safer lifts.
I train clients not just to be strong in the gym, but to be successful in competition. This video captures an athlete executing a powerful clean and jerk during a competitive event, showcasing the real-world application of our hard work.
It's important to know the difference between disciplines. In this video, I explain the key distinctions between Olympic weightlifting, which focuses on the snatch and clean & jerk, and powerlifting, which involves the squat, bench press, and deadlift.
The front squat is a cornerstone of our training, essential for building the leg and core strength needed for a powerful clean. I focus on maintaining an upright torso and proper depth to ensure you get the most out of every squat.
Your safety is my priority. I am certified in Basic Life Support (CPR and AED) by the American Heart Association, ensuring a professional and secure training environment for all my clients.
About Featured
My training is not about guesswork. In every session, I record your lifts to analyze bar path and timing frame by frame. You get immediate, actionable feedback on your snatch and clean & jerk so you stop practicing mistakes and start building real power.
Strength is for everyone, but technique is non-negotiable. Whether you are training for a competitive sports quota or just want to master the Olympic lifts, I treat every movement as a science. We focus on the snatch and the clean & jerk, breaking them down into regressions until your form is precise.
I run a hybrid training model. We use compound lifts to build your foundation, but I integrate yoga and meditation to ensure your body recovers and your mind stays focused. If you are training at V7 Fitness Academy in Chhatarpur or Fitness First in Dwarka, we follow strict International Weightlifting Federation based protocols.
If you think lifting is dangerous, try being weak. I coach with the understanding that the lumbar spine neutral curve and shoulder stability are the difference between a personal record and an injury. I do not just count reps; I audit your movement patterns.
Here is what you can expect from our sessions:
- Precision: I use frame-by-frame analysis to fix your bar path.
- Structure: We follow periodized strength cycles, not random workouts.
- Balance: We lift heavy, but we also stretch, breathe, and align.
Kuch to kaam h mare pass, and I want to make sure your training is worth the effort. Let us get to work.
