My Highlights: Records, Wins, and the Mindset of Strength
Strength isn't just about the numbers on the bar. It's about discipline, faith, and the mindset to keep pushing when the body says stop. Here is a look at the records I have broken and the champions I have built.
This is more than a sport, it is my life. Pulling 370kg (814 lbs) is a result of years of discipline and faith. I don't believe in losing, only in learning and getting stronger.
This video shows my journey of deadlift supremacy from 2013 to today. It started with a 300kg pull at a state championship and has led to dominating on national and international stages. The deadlift has always been my weapon, powered by the blessings of Hanuman Ji.
This is Team Balarka. My pride isn't just in my own lifts, but in the success of my athletes. Here we are after dominating a district championship with 13 gold medals. I coach to build champions, and this picture shows our collective strength.
This was a 325kg squat at the state championship. Even after dropping weight classes and recovering from an injury, with Hanuman Ji's blessings, I hit my best squat. This is the kind of performance my competition prep programs are designed to achieve.
This 215kg bench press secured my first ever Gold medal at the National Benchpress Championship. It was an unexpected but thrilling win, proving that with the right strategy and mindset, any goal is achievable. This is my 24th National Gold.
From a life-threatening bus-crane accident in 2018 to receiving the Karnataka Rajyotsava award in 2022, my journey is proof that you can overcome anything. I coach mental grit because I have lived it. There is no shortcut, only hard work and faith.
People often ask about steroids. The only thing I inject is consistency. Day in and day out, the work must be done. This is the core philosophy I teach all my lifters. No excuses, just results.
Here is a glimpse of how I coach. I focus on technical cues, like pushing before pulling in the deadlift, and building a strong foundation. Whether you are a beginner or a pro, we will break down each lift to make you stronger and safer.
About Featured
You will notice many of these lifts happened after I had to drop weight classes or recover from serious injuries. Training isn't about being perfect, it is about managing your body to perform when it matters. When you start coaching with me, we don't just chase numbers. We focus on technical cues like bracing and foot placement so you stay healthy while getting stronger.
These photos are not just about the medals. They are about the reality of training here at Balarka Fitness Centre in Jayanagar. When I pull 370kg, it is the result of years of relentless consistency. I do not believe in quick fixes or shortcuts. My coaching focuses on the Big 3—Squat, Bench, and Deadlift—but we also dive deep into accessory work to fix your specific weak points.
If you are struggling with a plateau or just want to get started, know that I hold my athletes to the same standard I hold myself: no excuses, just hard work. We train raw, relying on disciplined programming and proper recovery rather than shortcuts. Whether you need remote coaching via a custom spreadsheet or in-person guidance on the platform, my goal is to teach you how to move heavy weight safely and effectively. Every lift is a practice in discipline, and every session is a step closer to the best version of yourself.
