I don't train people for fitness. I train athletes to step on the platform, handle heavy weights, and win medals. If you have the passion, I have the plan.

This is me setting a new National Record with a 351kg deadlift in the 120kg category. This is the level of performance I bring to the platform and what I demand from my athletes.

Training is where the real war is won. Here I am with a 390kg squat, pushing the limits every single day. This is the kind of *pagalpan* it takes to be a champion.

About this collection

My coaching is not for those who want a generic workout plan. Whether you are training online or at my Najafgarh studio, you get the same intensity I use to prepare for Nationals. I look at your technique through weekly video reviews, tell you exactly where you are failing, and adjust your attempt selection for the meet. You are not buying a PDF; you are getting a coach who ensures your numbers actually move.

Powerlifting is a lifestyle, not a hobby. To compete at the state or national level, you need more than just effort. You need a system. I provide exactly that, building your program around heavy singles, block presses, and specific peaking cycles to ensure you hit your PR when it counts.

How I Coach

  • Online Coaching: You get a custom Excel-based training chart delivered monthly. We don't guess. I analyze your squat, bench, and deadlift videos weekly, giving you direct feedback on form. If your hips are rising early or your brace is weak, you will hear it.
  • In-Studio Training: At my Delhi powerlifting studio, it is hands-on. I am there to spot your 1RM, help with suit adjustments for equipped lifting, and guide you through the warm-up chaos on competition day. We train in a squad environment because you lift heavier when you are surrounded by other champions.

Competition Strategy

Most lifters fail not because they lack strength, but because they lack strategy. I teach you how to manage your weight class, pick your openers, and execute your third attempt. We focus on both Raw and Equipped lifting. My own 351kg deadlift record and national gold medals are proof that these methods work.
