Mastering the Powerlifting Platform
Whether you are chasing your first state medal or aiming for a national record, I prepare you to dominate. It is not just about lifting heavy, it is about the mindset to win.
This was a 335kg deadlift to secure the gold medal at Nationals, hitting a lifetime best total of 875kg. I did this with no proper prep, just sheer willpower and the blessings of Hanuman Ji. Sometimes, purpose pushes you more than a plan.
Standing on top of the podium after setting a new National Deadlift Record in the 105kg Senior Class. A record of mine was broken after 10 years, so I went and set a new one. Records are meant to be rewritten.
A 202.5kg bench press to secure the Overall Gold Medal at the State Championship. Every lift on the platform is a battle against your own limits. My coaching prepares you for that fight.
This is a recap of the Senior State Meet. I faced setbacks, blacked out during warm-ups, but came back to win the Overall Champion title. I balanced coaching my students and competing myself, proving that mindset is everything.
Here is the 318kg deadlift that set a new Senior National Record. Even though I wasn't at my best physically, I gave it my all. With faith and support, the bar will always move when it matters most.
This 317.5kg deadlift equaled the National Record and was the heaviest lift of the day at the National Trials. My goal is to prepare you not just to compete, but to dominate.
A new personal record of 257.5kg on the squat during the National Trials. This lift contributed to one of the best totals of the day. Platform performance is a skill we build together.
About this collection
Preparing for a meet goes beyond just hitting your 1RMs in the gym. I focus heavily on attempt selection, managing the chaos of meet day, and the mental shift required when the bar is loaded. If you are guessing your openers or panicking in the warm-up room, you are leaving kilos on the platform.
There is a massive difference between a gym lifter and a competition lifter. In the gym, you have time. On the platform, you have three minutes to own your decision. I teach my athletes that the lift actually begins the moment you approach the bar. We cover specific technical cues for Squat, Bench, and Deadlift that hold up under maximal pressure, whether you are lifting raw or equipped.
I also handle your peaking phase, including specific programming and nutrition strategies for weight cuts, so you step on the scale hitting your category without losing strength. We work on the Big 3 technical breakdowns—fixing weak points like lockout, grip, or stance—before they become bad habits.
When things go wrong, as they often do, we rely on the mindset training I have built over years of competing. I know what it is like to black out during warm-ups or battle injuries while leading a team. My coaching ensures that when you step onto that platform, you aren't just relying on your muscles; you are relying on a strategy that has been tested in the heat of national competition. Whether it is handling competition-day nerves, selecting your third attempts, or adjusting strategy on the fly, you will not be walking out there alone. If you have the discipline, we will get the results.
