This is what happens when we stop posing and start training. From the national podium to 245kg deadlifts, these are the results of our Beast Family.

This is what it takes to be a champion. Here I am at a powerlifting meet, executing a heavy squat under pressure. Competition is where we prove our strength, and I lead my team from the front.

Watch my student pull a massive 245kg deadlift. My job is to be there, pushing, correcting, and making sure every ounce of power is used. This is the intensity I bring to every in-person session.

A heavy bench press requires trust and teamwork. Here, my students spot a lifter, ensuring safety while he pushes his personal best. This is our Beast Family in action, supporting each other to get stronger.

Perfect form is everything in a deadlift. I am personally guiding my student to ensure his back is set and his technique is flawless before he pulls. This hands-on correction prevents injury and builds true strength.

My team, my family. Here are my boys, ready to dominate at the National Powerlifting Championship. We train together, we compete together, and we win together.

This is the result of dedication. While we train for power, not for looks, building a strong physique is a natural outcome of our hard work and consistent training.

Victory at the Senior National Powerlifting Championship. Standing on top of the podium in the 120 kg category is proof that my training methods deliver results at the highest level.

About this collection

This isn't just a collection of gym photos, it is proof of what happens when you prioritize substance over style. Whether it is a student pulling a 245kg deadlift or me standing on the podium at the Senior National Championship, every image here represents weeks of percentage-based programming and mental conditioning. If you are tired of generic fitness routines and actually want to get strong, this is where you start.

The Beast Family Standard

When you see these photos, don't just look at the weight on the bar. Look at the process. My training at Ultimate Gym in Vani Vihar isn't about looking good in a mirror. It is about total strength: Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift.

Why Results Matter

  • Proven Competition Prep: We don't just train. We compete. My students are winning medals at the State and National levels because we treat every session like a competition prep cycle. We master the walkout, the depth, and the bar path mechanics.
  • Data-Driven Training: I don't guess. We use percentage-based strength programs. You will know exactly what to lift and when to push. No 'faltu' exercises here; every movement serves a purpose.
  • The Environment: When you train with me, you are part of the Beast Family. We spot each other, we cheer for every PB, and we hold each other accountable. Sher kutto se dosti nehi karte (Lions don't befriend dogs). We are here to dominate, not to socialize.

How to Get Started

Whether you are an aspiring athlete or someone who just wants to build real power, I have two ways to train you:

  1. In-Person SBD Coaching (₹4500–₹7000/month): You get full facility access at Ultimate Gym, daily hands-on form correction, and direct mentorship for heavy compound lifts. This is for those who want to be in the trenches with me.
  2. Remote Programming (₹2500–₹4500/month): If you are serious but can't make it to Bhubaneswar, I provide the same periodized routines and video analysis of your lifts to ensure you are progressing safely.

Stop wishing for strength. Start building it.
