I provide real-time form correction, immediate technique feedback, and the discipline needed to push past plateaus. My coaching is about one thing: the work. We train out of Balarka Fitness in Jayanagar, but I also work with athletes across India remotely.
Why Train With Team Balarka?
- Technical Precision: We don't guess. We fix your squat, bench, and deadlift mechanics through tactile cueing and video analysis. If your lockout is weak or your bracing is soft, we identify it and correct it.
- The Mindset First Approach: Most lifters fail before they even touch the bar. I teach you how to treat every session like a competition. Strength is 50% physical and 50% mental.

How We Work Together
- In-Person (Jayanagar, Bengaluru): You get shared floor supervision with daily programming. I am there to spot your heavy attempts and tweak your form mid-set.
- Remote Coaching: For those outside Bengaluru, I use a custom-periodized approach. You send your top set videos, and I return detailed technical feedback via voice notes or direct calls. We adjust volume based on your recovery, not just a spreadsheet template.
