True strength isn't just about the weight on the bar, it starts in the mind. See how we build the grit to push past plateaus and recover from injuries.

I'm not back, I'm better. This is the mindset. It's not about returning to where you were, it's about using every experience to become a stronger version of yourself.

Receiving the Karnataka Rajyotsava award, the state's second-highest civilian honor, for my achievements in powerlifting. This is a moment of immense pride and a testament to years of hard work.

Honored to receive the "Karnataka Kanteerava Award 2024" from the Karnataka Powerlifting Association. This recognition means the world to me and fuels my drive to continue pushing boundaries.

My nation, my pride. There is no greater honor than representing my country. Standing in front of the national flag is a feeling like no other. Each lift is for India.

Winning isn't just about the medal, it's about the mindset and the relentless pursuit of greatness. Here I am with my team after winning a Grip Strength Challenge.

On top of the podium after the Grip Strength Challenge. Every challenge is a test of discipline and perseverance. It's not just about lifting, it's about holding on when it gets tough.

About this collection

Most lifters focus only on the sets and reps, but your biggest gains often happen in the space between injury and recovery. I don't just write programs; I teach you how to manage fatigue and fix the mental blocks that stop your progress before your muscles do. Whether you are stuck at a plateau or coming back from a tear, we reset the mindset, not just the weight.

In powerlifting, you will face moments where your body says no. That is when the real training begins. My coaching philosophy, built through years of competition and rehab, isn't about ignoring pain, but understanding it.

The Mental Game

Real strength is built when you show up for training even on days you feel like quitting. I emphasize:

  • Discipline over Motivation: You don't need to 'feel' like training; you just need to do it.
  • Injury Resilience: I have battled major sternum injuries and came back to set state records. I teach you how to modify, recover, and return stronger without losing momentum.
  • Spiritual Anchoring: For me, every lift is a prayer. Whatever your belief system, having a 'why' that is bigger than yourself is what keeps you going when the bar feels heavy.

Why Coaching Matters

You won't find cookie-cutter plans here. If you are training at our Jayanagar facility or working with me remotely from anywhere in Bengaluru, you get personalized guidance. We focus on the Big 3—Squat, Bench, and Deadlift—but we spend just as much time on technical cues and mental cues like bracing and rooting.

If you are ready to stop making excuses and start building a champion’s mindset, let’s get to work.
