Single Session Drop-in

- Time: 60 minutes total, comprised of a 5-7 minute warm-up, 45-50 minutes of high-intensity intermittent cardio (Zumba/Aerobics mix), and a cool-down.
- Style: "Watch & Follow" non-technical choreography focusing on constant movement and heart rate elevation.
Venue & Amenities
- Facility Variance: Access applies to either Gold's Gym (wooden floors, central AC) or the Personal Studio (basic flooring, fans/split AC) depending on the batch selected.
- Basics: Includes access to drinking water and bag storage. Shower and locker usage depends strictly on the specific venue rules for drop-ins.

Schedule & Access
- Frequency: Classes run Monday through Saturday (6 days a week).
- Fixed Slot: Membership is tied to a specific batch (e.g., Morning 6:30 AM or Evening 7:00 PM) to ensure routine discipline.
- Policy: Missed classes are not carried forward.

- Group Access: Inclusion in the batch WhatsApp group for updates and motivation.
- Events: Participation in post-class activities, themed workouts (festivals/birthdays), and social media reel creation.
Coaching Scope

My Take on Dance Fitness
For me, dance fitness is all about leaving worries at the door and jumping straight into movement. When you step into my class, I want you to feel the energy, forget about life outside, and just move. You’ll walk out sweaty, yes, but with a big smile too.
Hard Work Over Luck
I’m a firm believer in mehnat (hard work). Like I always say, 'Mehnat ke dam par kamyaab honge, kismat ke bharose to poori duniya baithi hai.' If someone ever asks, 'Nuvventha nee bathukentha?' (Who are you?), just show up and let your moves answer for you. Defeat isn’t in my dictionary - haar to kade manni ni seekhi (never learned how to give up).

Who Can Join?
Everyone’s welcome. Age, gender, experience – none of that matters here. We’re a fitness family, calling each other akka (elder sister) and anna (elder brother). You’ll find familiar faces and support, whether you’re a newbie or a regular.

My Story
Namaste! We are Gurgaon Physical Academy. Fitness is our heartbeat, not just a job. You'll catch us on the Gurgaon athletics track, pushing runners, or in the studio, where Zumba turns into a dance party. Haryana ki mitti se nikle hain (we're from Haryana soil), so 'haar to kade manni ni seekhi' (never learned to accept defeat) is our motto. From kho-kho coaching to leading aerobics batches in Rajahmundry, movement is our life. We always say, 'meeru choodadame kaadu meeru kuda dance cheyochu' (don’t just watch, join the dance). That’s our vibe.

Competitive Running & Athletics - Serious marathon coaching in Gurgaon - sprints, hurdles, 800m, 1600m. Hard work is our only shortcut.
High-Energy Zumba & Dance - Our Zumba and aerobics sessions feel like a party. No experience needed, just bring your energy!
