Sprint & Speed Training

This is where we build explosive power for events like the 60m and 100m sprints. I focus on perfecting running mechanics, block starts, and acceleration to help you shave crucial seconds off your time.

Endurance & Distance Running

My program builds the stamina and mental toughness required for middle and long distance events from 800m to the half marathon (21km). We work on pacing strategies, running economy, and endurance on the track and road.

Hurdle Technique & Drills

I provide specialized coaching for hurdlers, focusing on the technical aspects of the event. We use a variety of drills to improve rhythm, lead leg and trail leg form, and speed between the hurdles.

Race Day Results

The goal of all our hard work is to perform when it matters most. This is a showcase of my athletes competing in various events and achieving success at local and national levels.
