About Our Training Squad
You will not find me standing on the sidelines while you train. Every morning at Tau Devi Lal Stadium, I am right there with you on the track, leading the drills and holding the stopwatch myself. We do not just run aimless laps; we monitor your 1600m timings every single week, hit the sand pit for leg power, and train in a pack because that is where accountability and real progress happen.
The Ground Rules: Mehnat Only
This is not the place for quick fixes or casual gym-goers looking to browse. My training squad is built for those who understand that 'kismat' (luck) is for people who do not want to work. We are here to grind. Whether you are prepping for an army physical exam, looking to shave seconds off your 1600m timing, or wanting to improve your speed for athletic events, the process is the same: consistency, discipline, and sweat.
What Happens on the Track
When you join our squad, you step into a structured environment designed to push your physical limits:
- Timing Trials: We conduct weekly time trials with stopwatches to track your progression. If you are aiming for that sub-5:30 minute mark for recruitment, you will know exactly where you stand every week.
- Technical Drills: It is not just about running; it is about form. We work on block starts, drive phase mechanics, and hurdles technique to ensure you are moving efficiently.
- Conditioning: You will be in the sand pit for high-resistance training and tackling stadium stairs to build the leg power needed for explosive sprints and middle-distance endurance.
Join the Pack
The energy of the group is what makes every individual stronger. You will be training alongside competitive athletes and others prepping for forces, creating an atmosphere where you have to push yourself just to keep up. We train 6 days a week, mostly in the mornings, and we do not stop until the job is done. If you are ready to put in the work and stop waiting for luck to strike, come join us on the track.
