Meet the Coach & The Team at Gurgaon Physical Academy
Training isn't just about the workout, it is about the squad you run with. Here is the team behind the sweat and the coach who pushes you to cross the finish line.
I lead by example. This video shows me demonstrating proper running form and then walking with an athlete, providing direct feedback and encouragement during a session.
On the field at Tau Devi Lal stadium, stopwatch in hand, ready for a day of training. I am always prepared to measure progress and push my athletes.
A moment with one of my athletes after a training session. Building a strong coach athlete relationship is key to achieving the best results.
Taking a moment to look over the track at the stadium. This is my field of work, where I help athletes turn their potential into performance.
Posing with a fellow athlete at the stadium. We are a community of individuals who share a passion for running and fitness.

About Meet the Coach & The Team
When you step onto the track at Tau Devi Lal Stadium, you are not just joining a class; you are entering a community that trains together. I do not stand on the sidelines with a clipboard; I run with you, I demonstrate the form, and I hold the stopwatch during every time trial. We believe in the 'Mehnat' philosophy, where every member of the squad pushes the person next to them to run faster and dig deeper, whether they are prepping for an army recruitment test or aiming to shave seconds off a 100m sprint.
At Gurgaon Physical Academy, our team is not built on fancy gym memberships or air-conditioned studios. It is built on grit, track time, and shared goals. Most of our training happens right here at the Tau Devi Lal Athletic Stadium in Gurugram, where the synthetic track is our second home. We operate as a high-intensity group, which means you have accountability partners watching your progress every single morning.
My coaching style is simple: I push you until you find your limit, and then we push a little further. Whether you are training for the 1600m army physical exam, working on your sprint mechanics for competition, or just trying to build endurance for your first half-marathon, you get the same intensity. We use specific biomechanics analysis to fix your form and plyometric drills to build explosive power.
We are from Haryana, and we carry that soil with us. We do not accept defeat, and we do not look for shortcuts. When you join this squad, you join a culture of consistency. We train in almost all weather, we track every second, and we celebrate every personal best as a team. If you are ready to put in the work, you have a spot on the track. Bring your energy, leave the excuses at home, and come ready to sweat.
