Race Day Results: Performance Highlights
The track does not lie. These moments capture the hard work of our athletes at national and local meets.
Proof of performance on a national stage. One of my young athletes clears a hurdle during the 60m race at the NIDJAM 2024 national meet in Ahmedabad.
Celebrating a victory at the Gurugram Marathon. An athlete from my academy receives his prize for a successful 5km race, a testament to his dedicated training.
About Race Day Results
These results are the proof of our daily grind at Tau Devi Lal Stadium. Whether it is refining block starts for a 60m sprint or dialing in pacing for a 5km marathon, these photos show exactly what happens when you stop hoping and start training. If you want to see your name on that scoreboard, we need to get to work on your technique.
Winning isn't a one-day event. When you see our athletes clearing hurdles at NIDJAM or claiming podium spots at the Gurugram Marathon, you are looking at weeks of biomechanics correction, sand pit drills, and tactical pacing strategies.
We do not just put you on the track and hope for the best. For sprinters, we break every race down into phases: the explosive reaction at the block, the drive phase, and the finish. For our distance runners, we focus on lactate threshold runs and mental toughness to keep you moving when the fatigue sets in.
Whether you are training for the Army physical recruitment, aiming for a personal best in a 10k, or just want to run faster, our approach is identical. We use weekly time trials to monitor progress, adjust your training plan, and ensure you are peaking exactly when it is time to race. The goal is simple: to make sure you are prepared, not just hopeful, when the starting gun goes off.
