Sprint and Speed Training for Athletes in Gurugram
Forget shortcuts. At my academy, we build explosive power and speed through raw hard work. Whether you are prepping for your physical exams or trying to break your personal best, we train on the track, not from the sidelines.

About Sprint & Speed Training
When you join my sessions, I am right there with you. We use video analysis to break down your sprint mechanics—your arm drive, knee lift, and starting block reaction times. If your form is off, we fix it until it is second nature, because raw strength needs the right technique to shave seconds off your timing.
I believe in pure effort. If you are looking for a magic pill to get fast, this is not the place. We operate out of Tau Devi Lal Stadium in Gurugram, where the synthetic track is our classroom. My training philosophy is simple: consistency and intensity.
What we actually do:
- Technical Sprinting: We focus on the 'drive phase'. You will learn how to explode out of the blocks and maintain posture under fatigue. We use technical drills for lead leg and trail leg mechanics if you are hurdling, and rhythm drills if you are sprinting.
- Conditioning: It is not just about running. We use the sand pit for resistance training and stadium stairs to build explosive leg power. This is where you develop the capacity to push through the last 100 meters when your lungs are burning.
- Performance Tracking: We treat every drill like a race. I use stopwatches for weekly time trials to monitor speed progression. You will know exactly where you stand for your 1600m or 100m targets.
Whether you are a competitive athlete or prepping for army and police physical tests, you need to understand that the stopwatch does not lie. We put in the work on the ground, 5 to 6 days a week, regardless of the weather. If you are ready to sweat, leave the excuses at the gate and come run with us.
