- Conditioning: Raw functional fitness including tire jumps, rope climbing, and army crawls.
- Technique: Instruction in Kihon (basic strikes) and Kata (choreographed forms) for belt progression.
- Self Defense: Practical drills for real world safety, including specific modules for women.

- Gear Access: Shared use of kicking shields, punching bags, and agility cones.
- Environment: Traditional non AC Dojo with mats, designed to build stamina and mental toughness.

- Kumite (Sparring): Full contact drills focusing on timing, distance, and tournament point scoring.
- Tactics: Advanced fighting maneuvers and rule based strategy taught by an A Grade Referee.
- Weaponry: Specialized training modules covering Nunchaku and Lathi handling.

- Career Guidance: Mentorship for students aiming for sports quotas in Armed Forces or Police.
- Nutrition: Traditional guidance on natural strength foods and champion mindset.

Training Ka System
Every session starts with traditional karate conditioning - running, sit-ups, push-ups, tire jumps, gada workouts, fauji chaal, and agility drills. No skipping the basics. Once your body is ready, we move to technique - 1000-punch and 1000-kick drills, sparring, and learning the real ‘dav pech’ of combat. Karate belt progression is strict here - you earn every belt, no shortcuts.
Competition & Beyond
I personally coach students for championships. If you want to win, I’ll push you. Special nunchaku seminars also happen for those interested.

My Story
Mera naam Sikandar Phore hai, Delhi-Haryana ka banda hoon. Karate mere liye sirf sport nahi, pura jeevan hai bhai. Isliye Karate Gurukul shuru kiya - yahan sirf mehnat karne wale tikte hain. Maa ka aashirwad, guruon ki seekh, aur apni mehnat pe bharosa hai. Jo seekha, wahi bachon ko sikhaata hoon - discipline, respect, haar na maanna. Jai Shri Ram, baaki sab theek.

Karate, Self-defense, Fitness aur Lathi Training - Bachon, badon sabko karate aur self-defense sikhata hoon. Girls ke liye alag batch. Fitness aur Lathi bhi sikhata hoon.
